Holding a D.Sc. in Risk Management from Aalto University, Finland, his diverse background marries mechanical and industrial engineering. With a certification in change management and an MBA in shipping and logistics, Arsham's expertise is vast and varied. Outside work, his passions lie deep beneath the ocean's surface in scuba diving and on the chessboard, strategizing moves.
